You can contact me by email, phone or text, which ever is easiest for you. No one else has access to my phone or email and your personal details will be kept confidential.
Please let me know if certain days or times are more convenient for a consultation and also if you have a preferred way for me to reply.
I will reply within 24 hours except on Sundays.

My counselling room is within Salomons Estate, situated two miles outside Tunbridge Wells, and three miles from the centre of Tonbridge. (See map)
My room is on the second floor and there isn’t a lift so please let me know if you have any mobility needs. I have access to an alternative nearby venue should you require wheelchair access.
The Estate is a stunning Victorian mansion set within thirty-six acres of beautiful gardens, parkland, and woods. It is a beautiful place to explore and relax before or after your counselling session. There is also free onsite parking.
Fees
A 50-minute session costs £55.
Please ask for further details if you are a student or are on a low income.
If you have medical insurance and wish to use your policy, my practice is currently recognized by AXA PPP Healthcare, Vitality Health and Aviva. You may need to contact them to enable cover and receive pre-authorization.
I ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session, and charge for missed sessions when less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
